Counselling for Adults
A safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for adults ready to explore what is happening beneath the surface and create meaningful change.
A space to begin again
Sometimes you know something needs to change.
You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, frustrated with where you are in life, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward. You may be navigating an unhealthy relationship, a toxic workplace, low self-belief, fear, grief or emotional exhaustion.
Alison provides a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for adults who are ready to explore what is happening beneath the surface and create meaningful change.
Healing isn't always about changing your thoughts alone — it can also mean listening to what your body, beliefs and history have been carrying for you.
Counselling may support you if you are
- Feeling stuck in patterns, emotions or beliefs that no longer support you
- Transitioning away from a toxic relationship, friendship or workplace
- Struggling with self-belief, confidence or fear of change
- Feeling frustrated, unfulfilled or unsure whether you are on the right path
- Wanting to better understand your emotions, behaviours and relationship patterns
- Ready to take a more active role in your healing process
A personalised approach
Alison draws on more than 29 years of experience across counselling, therapeutic support and holistic wellbeing.
